The Club of Rome has papers from experts that show we can produce far more with less manpower and new technologies will make this even more so. They also have spoken about the lack of basic terms that cross all cultures or languages and allow us to talk about principles for co-operation and peace. Let's insist we have a plan to maximize the opportunity humanity and other life on earth does actually have. Less taxation or illicit and immoral re-distribution of assets will occur through proper management including a minimum guaranteed income such as J. K. Galbraith called for in his Nobel Prize nominated work.

A Principled Plan

The motivations of those in power must be evident and ethical. The mission statement is simple - improve the quality of life! The auspices of this organization will be to influence public opinion and their expenses would be paid for by grants and donations. They will set an example of volunteerism that will motivate and duplicate throughout all strata of humanity.

The Holographic Universe

PART ONE:

In 1982 a remarkable event took place. At the University of Paris a research team led by physicist Alain Aspect performed what may turn out to be one of the most important experiments of the 20th century. You did not hear about it on the evening news. In fact, unless you are in the habit of reading scientific journals you probably have never even heard Aspect's name, though there are some who believe his discovery may change the face of science.

University of London physicist David Bohm believes Aspect's findings imply that objective reality does not exist, that despite its apparent solidity the universe is at heart a phantasm, a gigantic and splendidly detailed hologram.

Hegelian Dialectic and The Third Way

Georg Hegel's dialectical process - the philosophy that conflict creates history. Webster's New Universal Unabridged Dictionary defines the Hegelian Dialectic in terms of equally assertable propositions that are reconciled by embracing a third proposition which is a "higher truth". Modern social transformers have taken Hegel's axiom a step further to the proposition that controlled conflict can create a predetermined history. When global planners speak of "managed conflict" they are implying the managed use of conflict for long run predetermined ends - the higher level of truth.

Science and the Akashic Field

Regarding the future evolution of human consciousness, Professor Dr. Ervin Lazlo mentions numerous theories, “but they have a common thrust. Consciousness evolution is from the ego-bound to the transpersonal form. If this is so, it is a source of great hope. Transpersonal consciousness is open to more of the information that reaches the brain than the dominant consciousness of today. This could have momentous consequences. It could produce greater empathy among people, and greater sensitivity to animals, plants, and the entire biosphere. It could create subtle contact with other parts of the cosmos. It could change our world. A society hallmarked by transpersonal consciousness is not likely to be materialistic and self-centered; it would be more deeply and widely informed.”

Documentation helps when you are trying to get the correct IEP (Individual Education Program) or 504 in place. A couple of years ago, I had reason to be very glad that I had kept all this information in the journal. The main administrative building at his school lost a lot of the documentation on my son and began dragging their feet when I requested having my son placed on an IEP that involved homebound teachers. Instead, they sent the paper work for truancy to the juvenile center - they turned him into a truancy case.

Politics Of The Radical Center

In 1980, Marilyn Ferguson set forth in The Aquarian Conspiracy a "common ground/consensus" model where the Far Left and the Far Right can compromise and reach agreement on individual issues. In a chapter titled "The Power of the Radical Center," Ms. Ferguson asserts that Truth is arrived at via consensus, whereas extremes on any issue are merely half-truths:

"The political perspective of the Aquarian Conspiracy is best described as a kind of Radical Center. Its not neutral, not middle-of-the-road, but a view of the whole road. From this vantage point, we can see that the various schools of thought on any one issue -- political or otherwise -- include valuable contributions along with error and exaggeration.
"As it was expressed in an editorial in the British Journal, ‘The New Humanity’: We are neither right nor left but uplifted forward. The New Humanity advocates a new kind of politics.... Governance must develop a framework, not a rigid structure, and we must find unity within our immense and wonderful diversity. At this point in human evolution there can be no way out of the global political stalemate unless there is first, and fast, a new humanity with a changed psychology. That new psychology is developing, a new humanity is emerging.

"Most historical movements have their last will and testament along with their manifesto. They have known more surely what they oppose than what they are. By taking a firm position, they trigger on inevitable countermotion, one that will disorient their fragile identity almost at once. Then rapid metamorphosis and self-betrayal: pacifists who become violent, law-and-order advocates who trample law and order, patriots who undo liberties, 'people’s revolutions' that empower new elites, new movements in the arts that become as rigid as their predecessors, romantic ideals that lead to genocide.

"Anthropologist Edward Hall lamented our cultural inability to reconcile or include divergent views within one frame of reference. We are also indoctrinated by our right/wrong, win/lose, all/nothing habits that we keep putting all our half-truths into two piles: truth versus lies, Marxism versus capitalism, science versus religion, romance versus realism––the list goes on and on. We act as though either Freud or Skinner had to be right about human behavior, as Hall noted, when in fact 'both work and are right when placed in proper perspective.'

"Partial viewpoints force us into artificial choices, and our lives are caught in the crossfire. Quick, choose! Do you want your politician to be compassionate or fiscally responsible? Should doctors be humane of skillful? Should your schools pamper children or spank them? The rare successful reforms in history –the durable Constitution, for example – synthesize. They blend the old and the new values. Dynamic tension, in the form of the system of checks and balances, was built into the paradigm of democracy. Whatever its flaws, the framework has proved amazingly resilient.

"When nearly two hundred of the most effective Aquarian Conspirators were asked to categorize themselves politically on a questionnaire, many expressed great frustration. Some checked off every box – radical, liberal, centrist, conservative – with apologies. Some drew across the spectrum. Others wrote marginal notes: 'Liberal but...' 'Radical on some issues, conservative on others.' 'These categories don’t apply.' 'Radical but not in the usual sense.' 'Choices too linear.' 'Old categories useless.'

"Politicians of the Radical Center are easily misunderstood and unusually vulnerable to attack, regardless of their accomplishments, because they don’t take strident positions. Their high tolerance of ambiguity and their willingness to change their mind leave them open to accusations of being arbitrary, inconsistent, uncertain, or even devious.

"Traditionally, we have wanted to identify our friends and enemies. Lobbies, political realities, and the media, playing both sides against each other, usually force politicians into taking black-and-white positions. But sooner than we may suppose, Radical Center will be a viable point of view. The rising number of new movements, all demonstrating and pressuring, combined with traditional special-interest lobbies, may finally force politicians to seek a middle way through the mine field. Politicians may finally have no choice but to transcend the either-or dilemma.

"In the long run, it is the evolving Radical Center constituency that will engender increasing numbers of candidates and elect some of them to office.... As in the model of Burns, the followers will help transform the leaders - those leaders who sense the shift to higher needs.

"In his study of cultural awakenings, William McLoughlin ... foresees that at some future point, no earlier than the 1990s, a consensus will emerge that will thrust into political leadership a president with a platform committed to fundamental restructuring. It will reflect the new belief system, with its greater respect for nature, for others, for craftsmanship, and for success measured in terms of friendship and empathy, not money or status.

"A commitment to Radical Center doesn’t work as a sometime thing." 1.

The Hegelian Dialectic

Using classic terminology (unity in diversity, consensus, synthesize), Ms. Ferguson has described the dynamics of Georg Hegel's dialectical process, which is the philosophy that conflict creates history. Webster's New Universal Unabridged Dictionary defines the Hegelian Dialectic in terms of equally assertable propositions that are reconciled by embracing a third proposition which is a "higher truth" -

"Hegelian Dialectic, Hegelianism. An interpretive method, originally used to relate specific entities or events to the absolute idea, in which some assertable proposition (thesis) is necessarily opposed by an equally assertable and apparently contradictory proposition (antithesis), the mutual contradiction being reconciled on a higher level of truth by a third proposition (synthesis)."

What Ms. Ferguson omitted to mention is that modern social transformers have taken Hegel's axiom a step further to the proposition that controlled conflict can create a predetermined history. Ferguson further claimed that a "shift to higher needs" would be sensed by a future "president with a platform committed to fundamental restructuring." Insiders are now calling the "higher lever of truth" the Third Way. In his January 27 State of the Union Address, President Clinton claimed that his government represents a "Third Way":

"We have moved past the sterile debate between those who say government is the enemy and those who say government is the answer. My fellow Americans, we have found a third way. We have the smallest government in 35 years, but a more progressive one. We have a smaller government, but a stronger nation. We are moving steadily toward an even stronger America in the 21st century: an economy that offers opportunity, a society rooted in responsibility and a nation that lives as a community."

On September 21, several heads of state attended a Third Way Conference at New York University. In an interview, British Prime Minister Tony Blair inadvertently disclosed the Hegelian philosophy of the social planners. According to the Guardian newspaper:

"Blair said that the world's center-left parties had to put themselves at the forefront of managing social change in the global economy. 'The old left [communists] resisted that change. The new right [conservative capitalists] did not want to manage it. We have to manage that change to produce social solidarity and prosperity.'"

Chesterton said in Candour, "At times Capitalism and Communism would appear to be in conflict, but this writer is confident that their interests are in common and will eventually merge for one-world control. That policy outlined previously in Woodrow Wilson's Point Six has never been dropped...

"Capitalism and Communism, in terms of power, are merely their twin mechanisms to destroy the sovereignty of Christian nations. They will merge them into the projected super-state, where their financial power will exercise full sway and masterdom through that monopoly of atomic energy which is being sought with such feverish and fiendish persistence. They are selling us into slavery and using our material resources for their own nefarious world-wide purposes. To say that in exposing their plans for world domination we are playing the Kremlin's game is to act as an unconscious agent of Christendom's betrayal."

Using religion to control the masses is an essential fact of World Revolution, the dynamics of which are the subject of The Union Jack.

Although the author's interpretation of Bible prophecy is misguided, the sociological concepts articulated provide insight that is desperately needed if Christians would escape the dialectical trap that has been laid for them. No quarter may be given to the shock troops of agents provocateur that have been unleashed upon the Church, wearing the dual masks of patriotism and Christianity, and whose assignment is to incite Christians against their own government:

Though their facts in most cases may be 100 per cent true, their method of USE produces an effect contrary to that supposed by the user, and his constant harangues on "what's wrong in Washington" builds a revolutionary state of mind in the American people and creates false antagonisms and loss of confidence, the effect of which will destroy the American government instead of restoring constitutional guarantees. So the patriots gain respect for their vast knowledge of facts while they use them to mold "American opinion" against America. This is British Israel at work, and it multiplies its strength by turning Americans against America by turning the truth into a lie, and at the same time reserves to itself respectability under the cloak of Christian terminology and the American Flag. It conceals itself within the very thing that it seeks to destroy...

The effect of the activities of these Christian fronts is to create counteraction against the United States government, which in turn builds the revolution to a point where the people themselves overthrow their own government, thinking all the time that they are patriots. The purpose of the right wing as used by British Israel is to create and encourage a revolutionary state of mind and then the people will bring down their own government. The anti-Communist movement as it exists in the United States is peculiarly anti-American; while parading with the American Flag it is developing a pseudo nationalism to wreck the American government, just as Hitler did in Germany. Of course the claim of these people is that they want to get back to constitutional government and most of them sincerely want to, but they do not realize that the EFFECT of their actions is to destroy that which they believe they save. If they could understand the esoteric (hidden) purpose of their organizations, they would not be so anxious to be led to the slaughter. They should realize that as revolution increases constitutional government decreases. Government by crisis is a dictatorship...

Conspiracy always has a DUAL nature. It has the right wing and the left wing. It has the peace groups and the war groups. It has the religious and the atheist. It has the white race and the black race. It has those in power and those out, it has those at the top and those at the bottom...

Those in power such as in America today inaugurate socialistic programs and protect the street rioters thus creating the revolution from the top. Then the right wing dutifully calls it Communism and proceeds to heat up the sham. The dilemma is that the real issue and the real power is never revealed and this is the dilemma that puts those at the top and those on the bottom on the same side -- the wrong side of constitutional government. The effect of this fictitious confrontation is confusion and deception which is fuel for the revolutionary fire, and the result of it is the destruction of constitutional government and not the preservation of it. A bewildered people is the desire of world revolution and constructive criticism of government can come only when the people know fact from fantasy.

British Israel is a cancer which controls the mind through confusion. With control of the mind the control of the body is automatic. If one has a basis for truth which is the true gospel and God's redemptive purpose, then he can see that there is a clear pattern to be seen through British Anglo Israel confusion which can be recognized through their consistent goal which is world government, under whatever name. Their strength is in twisting truth into a lie... The thing that makes spiritual bondage complete is that the people don't know it, and if they don't know it they will not resist it, but will embrace it.

The purpose of posting this series of exposes on the Christian Right is to provide information upon which basis Christians may examine the roots of this movement and to reevaluate the leaders, religious and otherwise. Those who function as facilitators of the dialectical process, who create unrest and distrust of government, are in direct violation of Scripture:

Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the power that be are ordained of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation. Romans 13:1,2

May we instead turn to Scripture for our admonishment and examples, recalling that Jesus' apostles led no political movement, much less an insurrection against the Powers That Be, as is the custom of self-appointed leaders of the so-called Christian Right. Future reports on the Council for National Policy will demonstrate that its members are mere creatures of the Eastern Establishment, who derive their principles from the devilish wisdom of Freemasonry rather than pure and peaceable wisdom of God's Word. In striking contrast to their inflammatory rhetoric were the apostle Peter's instructions to the persecuted New Testament churches -- words that were penned under the reign of terror of the infamous Emperor Nero:

Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man, for the Lord's sake: whether it be to the king as supreme; or unto governors, as unto them that are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers, and for the praise of them that do well. For so is the will of God, that with well doing ye may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men: As free, and not using your liberty for a cloke of maliciousness, but as servants of God. Honor all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honour the king. I Pet. 2:13-17

With the onset of the McCarthy era 50 years ago, any perceived threat to U.S. sovereignty from the British Round Table and its American branch shifted to an obsession with the Soviet Union. Roy Cohn, who was legal counsel to Sen. Joseph McCarthy during the anti-Communist Senate investigations of the 1950s, would later become a member of the John Birch Society and a principle figure in the JBS intelligence gathering operation, the Western Goals Foundation. Out of the latter emerged the core group which, in 1981, formed the present Council for National Policy -- a consortium of high level political, corporate and evangelical leaders which is the primary coordinating body and funding conduit for Christian Right projects.

“Peace in the Middle East - whoa that is a toughie.

You have millennia of sheople being led around by the nose while abusing their mothers and daughters on both (or all eight or nine) sides of the issue and then there is all that oil that corpserists backing the US are in need of.

I suspect there needs to be real ecumenicism and the religions must be forced (which will require Bush or someone also admitting all religions say the same things) to say so. And then it will take years of re-programming before the land so full of holes and ass-holes begins to deserve any recognition as a Holy Land rather than a playground for Holy Empires.

Then I would suggest that we use Free Energy or alternative energy sources and begin making it clear there is an abundance of energy all around us. If we had to we could simply get Helium III from the moon for some purposes that the Tesla (Newman, Farnsworth, Fleischmann-Pons, Solar, Bearden and Vacuum etc) energy did not find application suitable to match the requirements. This would diffuse the arbitrageurs who love unrest more than a little and be detrimental to the oil cartels (Bushco).

Finally and most unlikely if people continue to believe the history they are taught in school - We must remove special status for people who hide behind corporate or national veils. It was only recently that corporations were given superior rights to any individual. At the same time we must reduce national interests while increasing local autonomy. The futurists like Toffler have been right about this happening in Europe but they could have explained why the plan set in motion in the 19th Century would lead to the EEC.

This same plan might be necessary if Nations are to continue in their present sovereign (derived from Kings who were said to be Divine) status. I would hope that will not happen but it is apparent in the words of Woolsey and Bennett that it is the plan. It is in fact the way that Kissinger Associates have laid out the NSS document that George II calls a War on Terra.
